Courtney is an attorney with Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP, a law firm specializing in estate planning, probate and corporate law.

Courtney focuses on probate and estate planning, including guardianship matters. She joined Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP with more than five years of business and legal experience. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate attorney with an elder law and estate planning law firm in Southwest Florida and interned for a Florida magistrate, a non-profit law firm and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District for Florida.

Courtney is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs, and is a member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Lee County Bar Association, the Lee County Association for Women Lawyers, and The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. She received multiple law school awards, including the Advanced Trusts and Estates Book Award, and CALI Awards in Research Writing and Advocacy I and II.
