Courtney joined Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP in 2019.  Her practice focuses in the areas of probate and trust administration, guardianship, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and VA planning.  Courtney is an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs and is a member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Lee County Bar Association.
