Joe is an attorney with Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP, a law firm specializing in estate planning, probate and corporate law.

Joe focuses on taxation, corporate law, business law and estate planning. Prior to joining the firm, Joe served as a law clerk for a trusts and estates firm that specializes in tax issues, asset protection and estate planning. He also has a background in selling and evaluating real estate.

Joe is a member of The Florida Bar and the Lee County Bar Association. He previously served as vice president of the Florida State University Real Estate Society and volunteered with the Pinellas County Community Law Program.

Joe received multiple awards during law school, including the Florin & Roebig, P.A. Outstanding Advocate Award and the CALI award in Accounting for Lawyers in 2020. That same year, he also captained the team that won first place at the Richard DeWitt Memorial Vis Pre-Moot in Miami, Florida.
