We are saddened to report that our colleague and friend Mike Dignam passed away on May 15, 2021. Mike was a valued member of our firm, and we will miss him.

Michael serves of counsel for Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP, a law firm specializing in estate planning, probate and corporate law.

Michael focuses on probate and estate planning, including the preparation of wills, living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor-retained income trusts, generation-skipping trusts, and remainder unitrusts. He has more than 35 years of tax and estate planning experience and previously practiced as a solo attorney, with a Southwest Florida comprehensive full-service law firm. Michael also received AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest recognition in the legal industry for his professionalism and ethics.

Michael is a member of The Florida Bar and Lee County Bar Association. An avid volunteer for many organizations throughout Lee County, he currently serves on the Small Steps Young Professionals Board.
