Mr. Fassett is remembered by his family, friends and colleagues. A valued member of our firm, he is greatly missed.

Mr. Fassett joined the firm in 2001 and has practiced law in Fort Myers for more than 55 years. He served as the presiding municipal judge of the City of Fort Myers, 1964-1974. While a municipal judge, Mr. Fassett was elected as one of 10 judges to serve on the Florida Municipal Judges Association board of directors.
